Three healthy anti cellulite drinks for good skin and better energy
I always promote eating healthy, even organic if you can afford it and including clean foods in healthy recipes and drinks I personally believe that a healthy diet is key to healthy looking skin (besides the internal health benefits, of course).
Anti cellulite juices to lose weight
After seeing the positive effects of the grapefruit-ginger recipe for cellulite burning, I'm attempting to find some new fat burning & weight loss juice recipes for us to try out in order to get rid of unwanted pounds and, of course, the dreaded cellulite.
1. Grapefruit, orange, turmeric anti cellulite detox juice
- 1 cup of grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
Optional: Add 1/2 a cup of filtered water
Drink once a day for at least 1 week.
2. Chilly detox drink
- 1 lemon
- chilly powder
Drink this juice three times a day. It doesn't quite earn points for the taste , but its active ingredients from the lemon and chili can melt away your cellulite and have a positive impact on the whole organism.
3. Green juice for fat burn
- 200g kale
- 1 apple
- a small piece of ginger
Optional: filtered water
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend it good. Depending on whether you like denser or thicker juice, add more or less water.
