Reduce and hide cellulite
Do you like what you see in the mirror? Are there any dimples or unwanted lumps on your legs? If so, how are you dealing with them? If you're like most women I know (myself included) you'd like to just hack out those dreaded problem areas, right?
Tips and tricks to burn and hide cellulite
The only problem with that is that getting rid of cellulite for good is a pretty hard task (and I'm being mild about, wouldn't wanna say that it's impossible to eliminate!). But let's not get all panicky about it and see what are the best tips and tricks to burn cellulite.
1. Anti cellulite massage and body brushing
It's true that there's no scientific evidence that neither anti cellulite massages or body brushing actually help to eliminate cellulite for good, these two anti cellulite methods are a good temporary solution that we can turn to.
It's said that a powerful massage could stimulate collagen remodeling, thus reducing the formation of cellulite and promoting that breakdown of the existing problems. The same thing might apply also to stretch marks.
Pregnant women are especially advised to stimulate the ab and butt area with a strong anti cellulite and anti stretch marks massage.
2. Coffee Wraps & Scrubs
In the area of cellulite massages lie coffee scrubs and, of course, coffee wraps. I usually promote drinking moderate amounts of coffee for its health benefits, but I also like to mention that coffee grounds are not meant to be just thrown away.
Anti cellulite body wraps are still “a thing” giving that they seem to tighten the skin tissue, giving at least a moderate reduction in the appearance of cellulite.
You could go for an anti cellulite coffee ground massage (you could also add some olive oil into the mixture for some moisture boost) or you could just sit around for about 15 minutes with your cellulite affected areas wrapped in coffee grounds.
You should do these procedures twice a week.
3. Moisturize to reduce cellulite
Although it might seem to easy to be true, moisturizing could actually help your skin look better cellulite wise. Of course, no miracles are going to happen but a vigorous massage is going to get that circulation on the move thus improving the surface of the skin.
Mesotherapy is a non-surgical cosmetic medicine treatment which employs multiple injections of pharmaceutical and homeopathic medications, plant extracts, vitamins, and other ingredients into subcutaneous fat. It's said that these injections target fat areas and induce the breakdown of fat cells.
It's sort of a non-invasive liposuction technique. Mesotherapy has it's share of criticism though. And remember that mesotherapy has some mild side effects that include reactions of bruising, swelling, pain, numbness, erythema, and firmness around the treated area.
5. Choose Cellulaze, not liposuction
We've covered the non surgical anti cellulite treatment, let's see what a good invasive anti cellulite procedure would be. That is: Cellulaze.
Liposuction is a procedure that removes excess fat deposits and tightens the skin for a slimmer look. But it seems that lipo could actually make your skin look even more dimpled. However, in order to really target cellulite rather than fat, many doctors recommend Cellulaze, a laser treatment that attacks the cellulite beneath the surface.
6. Anti cellulite exercise
Although cellulite exercises are not necessarily an actual way to reduce cellulite, weight training helps develop muscles and that could make the skin look firmer. Along with weight training, a low impact anti cellulite exercise could be swimming. Swimming tones the buttocks and thigh areas and strengthens the tissue covering the legs. Swimming is also great to get your blood pumping and improving circulation, which actually is vital for keeping your skin healthy.
And now getting to the hiding the cellulite part. If you're about to attend an important event and you need a quick fix that makes cellulite go away, then tanning is the best option.
I actually feel skinnier when I'm tanned.
