How to hide and dissolve cellulite without too much effort
It might seem crazy to put it this way, but most of us should be happy that cellulite affects mostly our butts and thighs and not the rest of our body too. Of course, there are some unfortunate ladies that have to deal with the presence of cellulite even on their abs and arms, but that usually happens due to some extra pounds which should be worrying as is. The most prone to be affected areas with cellulite are luckily the easiest to cover up, though I know that that's not a comforting thought.
Best ways to remove cellulite
Exercise probably is the number one recommendation when it comes to getting rid of cellulite. It's true that anti cellulite exercises actually do work, giving that they help us lose some weight and tone our bodies. I'm not implying that exercise is the only way of getting rid of cellulite because those extra pounds are not the cause for its appearance, anti cellulite foods are also as important.
Having said that, I'm not going to be nagging you with the same advice that everyone puts out in order to get rid of cellulite, like "drink more water to flush out toxins in the body and eliminate cellulite". What I am going to do is give you some quick fixes that will definitely help you hide cellulite, tone it down and maybe even eliminate cellulite for good. I’m going to give you, here and now, the best and easiest ways to get rid of cellulite without having to sweat it out in the gym or even make any huge lifestyle changes.
How to get rid and hide cellulite without exercising
1. After you drink coffee, use it on your body as an anti cellulite remedy
Coffee does have its internal benefits, I truly believe that coffee offers us health benefits even though some might say that it causes cellulite. Either ways, I'm never going to tell someone not to drink coffee, maybe only if they had some nasty bile issues of some sort.
Use coffee as a body scrub: After you’ve made your morning pot, place the grinds in a bowl and cover them with olive oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil (or any kind of oil you’d like, really … just try to stick to cold-pressed, the good stuff and avoid anything that’s partially-hydrogenated). Stir the mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the coffee time to infuse into the oil. In the shower, scrub your body with this mixture, focusing on the tricky dimply parts. Rinse well.
2. Add coffee to your body cream / cellulite cream
Take some dry coffee grounds and toss them back into the grinder or food processor. Let them grind into a fine powder. Add this powder to your favorite lotion and apply to troublesome areas. This is best used at night or anytime you’re going to be home for a longer time. Always remember that coffee stains and it's possible to leave some on the skin after doing this anti cellulite procedure.
3. Prepare your homemade anti cellulite massage oils
A homemade anti cellulite oil is actually extremely easy and all you need is an essential oil or two and a carrier oil (like jojoba, sweet almond, olive, or coconut oil). For every 1/4 c. of carrier oil, use 10-12 drops total of essential oil. Combine them well in a glass jar or bottle and massage into icky cellulite-y spots for 10 minutes a day.

4. Dry brushing actually helps you get rid of cellulite
Invest in a good body brush in order to get the best benefits in ridding yourself of dead skin cells and cellulite. Trust me, you won't regret it. Make it a daily habit to give yourself a good body brushing, starting at your toes and always moving upwards (you want to brush toward your heart to really help with revving up circulation). Dry brushing detoxifies like nothing else, exfoliates all the bad things that you wouldn't want to be having on your skin, gives you energy, aids in skin cell renewal, increases circulation and, of course, helps your body break up cellulite.
I try to make people understand that having good habits usually implies persevering at them and the same thing applies to these anti cellulite methods. Use as as often as possible anti cellulite scrubs, massage your skin with anti cellulite oils and lotions and dry brush at least 3 times a week.
Does Kiwi Get Rid of Cellulite?
This is actually an anti cellulite method popular in Puerto Rico. It's true that kiwis are extremely healthy, but I would have never thought of them as an anti cellulite method. The basic problem with using the fruit for anti cellulite purposes is that they are kind of expensive and messy to use. Just as anti cellulite coffee scrubs, use the pulp of the kiwi as a scrub, rub it onto the cellulite areas, wrap some plastic around it and stay like that for 20-30 minutes. Shower it off and see if there's any change in your skin appearance.
Kiwis are mostly used as facial treatments and they seem to have some good results, but my take on this is using kiwi as a great source of nutrients.
Is apple cider vinegar a good anti cellulite cure?
Apple Cider Vinegar is good for so many things (treating heartburn, toning the skin, aiding digestion, losing weight!), and it’s also effective in treating cellulite. Probably the easiest way to use it is to take 2-3 tsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar in water – with a little honey, if you don’t like its plain taste.
But you can also apply it directly to the cellulite areas and leave it on. Try to use it with care giving that it can dry your skin out. Dilute it with some water if your skin starts to dry (and add a little vegetable glycerin to the mix for extra moisturizing).
Use seaweed as a home made anti cellulite remedy
There’s a reason why so many people are covered in seaweed at spas. It’s skin-nourishing and it’s great for treating cellulite. These days, you don’t have to go dredging up junk from the bottom of the ocean to use it. Make a paste with water and spread onto the dimply areas. Leave on for 30 minutes (or more) and shower off.
