So let's tackle the most important part of our anti cellulite plan. It should be pretty clear by now that when it comes to being healthier and more good looking, you can't go around eating junk food.

I'm not a big fan of fruit, giving that they contain sucrose, which is a form of sugar, so I recommend you not go over 150 grams of fruits daily, but when we talk about veggies, try to consume them fresh, and you can easily eat more than 1 pound of fresh veggies per day. In fact if you want to banish cellulite fast from your body, over half of what you eat should be fresh veggies.
The daily calorie consumption is set according to your weight, height, activity level etc., but I recommend you not go under 1200 -1300 calories per day and be sure that almost half of these calories are from protein sources like chicken or turkey breast, salmon or haddock, egg whites, whey or cottage cheese, as this is a great way of making your cellulite go away faster.

The second step to take under consideration in order to get rid of cellulite fast are cellulite exercises. You're probably wondering why cellulite exercises are so important. The reason why I mention them in just about every article on this topic is the fact that they tone the muscles and repair the tissues that connect the muscles to the skin. The biggest cause for cellulite is the fact that these tissues don’t work properly, however through some special kind of exercises they can be restored to their normal functionality.
Although you may see people talking about special anti cellulite exercises, truth be told, any exercise for muscle building and toning will do wonders with a proper anti cellulite diet. You can perform an anti cellulite workout in only 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times a week.
You don't really need a gym membership either, you can perform anti cellulite exercises in the comfort of your home.

Jumping is a great form of cardio and helps to repair the connective tissues while at the same time tone your lower body muscles.
Example of cellulite workout plans
Day 1 – do this cellulite workout at home on your empty stomach, right after you have woken up. Do 5 sets of 30 seconds for each of the 6 exercises. It is intense and you may be sore the next day, but you’ll be amazed on how quickly you’ll see your cellulite being reduced!
